Our Journey: From Pandemic Response to Community Empowerment

MUNA Social Services (MSS) originated in 2020 as a grassroots response to the COVID-19 pandemic, initially delivering essential supplies like groceries and over-the-counter medication to quarantined households. Over time, MSS evolved into a multifaceted social service agency, driven by the vision of empowering communities through accessible resources and educational opportunities. Today, MSS remains steadfast in its commitment to serving diverse populations across various regions, continually expanding and refining its programs to address both immediate needs and longer-term goals.

At MUNA Social Services, our mission is to ensure equitable access to essential resources—from culturally appropriate food assistance and comprehensive educational programs to supportive community services and afterlife care—so every individual can thrive with dignity and opportunity.
