Exciting News: MUNA Social Services Signs Contract for New Warehouse

MUNA Social Services is thrilled to announce that we have signed a contract to acquire a new property located at 80-50 Pitkin Ave, Ozone Park, NY 11417. This impressive 33,000-square-foot site includes a 20,000-square-foot warehouse space and a spacious parking lot that can accommodate a fleet of four trucks.

As part of our expansion plan, we will retrofit 10,000 square feet of the warehouse to meet the growing demands of our operations, ensuring it serves our needs for years to come. This acquisition represents a significant milestone for MUNA Social Services as we take steps toward establishing a permanent home for our organization.

We are currently in the process of securing the necessary funding to close the deal, and once completed, we will begin renovation work to transform the space into a fully functional hub for our services. Following the renovations, MUNA Social Services will officially move into this new site, enhancing our ability to serve the community more effectively.

Stay tuned for further updates as we embark on this exciting journey towards our permanent home!
